Human Resources | Exit Questionnaire Details | Exit Questionnaires
Summary |
Depending on your organisational needs, you may use several different questionnaires according to the type of employee or reason for termination. For example, factory staff may use a different exit interview to clerical staff. On the other hand, one questionnaire may be sufficient to use as your standard exit interview. It is common Human Resources practice to gather statistical information about the reasons for employee termination. This data helps to address issues that may be corrected within an organisation, thus reducing employee churn and the associated expenditure in additional recruitment. |
Setting up Exit Questionnaires |
The template for an Exit Interview is set up in the Exit Questionnaire Details folder of the PayGlobal Human Resources component. The answers given by an employee to the questions in the Exit Interview are recorded as part of the standard employee record. An Exit Interview is given in the form of a questionnaire. This Exit Questionnaire can be broken down into Questionnaire Groups, each of which is made up of a number of questions. Questions are added to a central database of questions. The same question can be simultaneously attached to different Questionnaire Groups, usually (but not necessarily) on different questionnaires. Each Exit Questionnaire is linked to an Exit Reason. This enables analysis of questionnaires for the same Exit Reason. |
