Employee Appraisals

Human Resources | Performance Management | Performance Appraisals | Employee Appraisals

Summary

Employees are normally appraised annually on the basis of their performance in specific areas. Appraisals look at the performance of an employee in accordance to the stated business objectives of an organisation. They also look at the applied and exhibited behaviours and competencies shown by the employee.

Appraisal Types

Before you enter data in the employee appraisals entity, you need to ensure that you have created an appropriate Appraisal Type to use. This is because the records that you enter scores for are pulled through from the appraisal type that you select. These records are non- editable from the employee appraisals entity.

Where is this information used?

The employee appraisals entity uses a scoring system to measure each business objective and behavioural attribute. Information entered here automatically populates the Employee Appraisals record.
