Summary

The Position Details folder contains all the information that you need to create a full Position Analysis in PayGlobal.

A Position Analysis is required before you can plan and develop:

  • An effective performance management system
  • Staff training and development
  • Policies for recruitment and remuneration.  

Comparison with similar Positions, either internally or externally, generates salary range data, and helps set benchmarks.  

Organisational health occurs when all criteria for all positions in an organisation are met.

Positions are further enhanced by the introduction of Work Area Positions, or WAPs, which provide you with an innovative and powerful organisational modelling tool.
