Procedure

Data is recorded by tagging the applicable citizenships in the Select Medical Conditions window. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this window.

Summary of Medical Conditions held by Applicants

A summary of the Medical Conditions held by all Applicants is displayed in the Applicant Medical Conditions makeup table.
