Summary

PayGlobal uses the term 'Recruitment Centre' to refer to a vacancy. Almost all activity concerning a vacant Position in PayGlobal is either entered or accessed from a Recruitment Centre.

Using the Recruitment Details folder

For example:

Recruitment Centres relate to previous information recorded in PayGlobal about a Position. You can use the [ Ctrl + Enter ] feature to drill down to the Position where the vacancy exists and view areas such as Competencies, Qualifications and Job Evaluations.

Applicants are attached to the appropriate Recruitment Centres and their records, including interview details and scores are accessed from within the Recruitment Centre.

The average and weighted average scores for applicants are calculated in a Recruitment Centre.

The state of an application can be tracked using Recruitment Actions. For example, PayGlobal can track which applicants have made it to the short list.
