Summary

An application will pass through several stages before it is accepted or rejected. PayGlobal records these stages as recruitment actions. Recruitment actions are linked to applicants using the Applicants tab page of the Recruitment Centres entity.

Function

This tab page:

• Links a recruitment questionnaire or test to a recruitment action, if applicable. For example, your organisation may have a standard list of questions to ask when performing a reference check.
• Records the number of days until a recruitment action is due, allowing you to schedule actions.
