Summary

Sometimes part of a remuneration package consists of participation in a share or bonus incentive plan. For example:

• Incentive payments for staff.
• Part of an at-risk component of a Remuneration Package.

The Scheme Type Details folder primarily creates and maintains the Scheme Types entity. This entity groups Positions. Employees holding a Position included in a Scheme Type, are eligible for the benefits of the Scheme Type as part of their employee remuneration package.
