Summary

Share Issues can be offered as:

  • Part of an employee's remuneration package
  • On an ad hoc basis.

Recording Share Issues
  1. Create the Share Issue in the Issues entity.
  2. Record the offer and acceptance of the Share Issue for each employee.

Fields
Share Plan Type:

Organisations can have a range of Plan Types for varying levels of entitlement. The Share Plan Type field links only those employees holding a Position listed in the Plan Types entity as eligible for participation in a Share Issue.

Start and End dates:

A Share Issue may be available for a specific period only. For example, 30 days.
