Course resources are equipment and materials used in a course, such as a whiteboard, a projector and a training room.

Quantity Available:

Total number of units of this resource that are available in the organisation. For example, if an organisation has three whiteboards for courses, then Quantity = 3.

Note: PayGlobal checks for conflicts when you allocate resources to a course. For example, if you allocate a whiteboard to a course and other courses on the same day have already been allocated all the whiteboards, then PayGlobal warns you. However, you can still allocate the whiteboard because you could hire one for the course.
