Summary

These fields record the employee’s earnings and medical expenses. Some of these values are calculated from fields on the Medical Certificate and Medical Expenses tab pages.

Fields
Pre injury average weekly earnings:

You can copy the employee's Total average weekly earnings value from the Pre injury Earnings tab.

Weeks absent:

PayGlobal calculates this value from the Medical Certificate tab | Incapacity From and Full Return Date values. You cannot directly edit this field.

Days absent:

PayGlobal uses the Weeks Absent value to calculate Days Absent.

Weeks Absent * Total Non Zero Days = Days Absent

Hours absent:

PayGlobal uses the Weeks Absent value to calculate Hours Absent.

Weeks Absent * Total Profiled Hours = Hours Absent

Note: You can overwrite the Days Absent and Hours Absent values. However, if you overwrite them with “0.00”, then PayGlobal will retain the calculated value.

Medical expenses ceiling amount:

Enter the maximum approved value of employee compensation.

Medical expenses paid:

This field displays the Medical Expenses tab | Total Medical Expenses value. You cannot directly edit this field.

Rehabilitation plan:

Select a plan for the employee. The pick list contains only Rehabilitation records that have the same Employee value as this WorkCover Claim record.

Acceptance status:

Redundant field.
