Summary

After you have set up the course and added attendees to the course, you can change the Update attendees' roster setting to 'Yes'. When you change Update attendees' roster to 'Yes' and save the record, the attendees' rosters are updated.

Note: When you are setting up a course, to save time you should change Update attendees' roster to 'Yes' after you have completed setting up course days and attendees so all rosters are updated at once.

Procedure

You are on the Courses record in Edit mode.

1. Click the Details (ii) tab.
2. Change the Update attendees' roster field to Yes.

   Note: Update attendees' roster is a new field that was added for the roster integration functionality. By default Update attendees' roster = No.

3. Click Save.

   The audit log shows the changes that were made.

Note

You can model fields to other courses. When you model certain fields, PayGlobal runs the update process and updates attendees rosters. For example, you can model the Update attendees' roster field = 'Yes' setting to all courses and all attendee's rosters are updated.
