Summary

Employment Contracts outline the terms and conditions of an employee's position with an organisation. Employment contracts can be collective or individual.

Function

The Contracts entity records and displays the terms and conditions of employment for a particular employment contract.

Where do I check which contract an employee is on?

Check an employee's contract by navigating to the Contract tab page of an employee record.

Contracts cannot be changed from Payroll. Changing a Contract in Payroll only will not update an employee's HR details. To change the contract that an employee is linked to, navigate to the Employees tab page of the Contracts entity.
