• E. Employer
• M. Employee
• I. Insurer
• P. Registered Medical Practitioner

Start date:

The first day of the appeal. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only.

Decision date:

The date that a decision was granted on an appeal. ACCPP Claim Data file requirement - NZ only.

Outcome:

Enabled when Decision date is populated.

The outcome of the appeal.

Values specified by the ACC are:

• D. Dismiss
• M. Quashed – Modify
• S. Quashed – Substitute
• W. Withdrawn.
