Injury Site Codes

This code represents the area of the body that sustained the most injury.

Note: These codes are used in the Body Part Code pick list: Human Resources | OSH | Incident Register | Incidents | Injured Persons tab | Add or Edit | Injury Details tab | Add or Edit | Details tab.

1. Navigate to Human Resources | OSH | Incident Register | Body Parts.
2. Add a record for each of the following Injury Site Codes (Body Parts).

   4	Neck, back of head vertebrae
   5	Finger/thumb
   6	Hand/wrist
   7	Elbow
   8	Upper and lower arm
