Timeband Overrides tab

Timeband Overrides are a further method of being able to override the employee’s Roster for a specified period of time.

Example # 1

In this example, the employee has been rostered for training time from 9.00am to 5.00pm on 06/04/2016. This is a one off occurrence and will override any other tours or shifts for that day.

Example # 2

Timeband Overrides can also be used to create a Roster for an employee where there is no pattern or regular hours of work. For example, a company may roster casual employees so they can see the number of staff rostered to work on a particular day.

Note: To show the day of the week for the timeband, enter the day on the Notes tab then customise columns for your Timeband Overrides screen so that it shows for the user.
