The number of fields you complete on this tab page controls the scope of employees that are applicable to this Requirement.

Work Area |
Select a Work Area from the pick list. A Work Area is a physical division within an organisation. All employees in PayGlobal are connected with a Work Area. For example, a supermarket can have the following Work Areas:

Location |
Select a Location from the pick list. A Location is the physical site that an employee works at. For example, North Harbour, Head Office, and James St Hospital. Locations are used throughout PayGlobal. |
Department |
Select a Department from the pick list. Most organisations group employee records by Location and by Department. Generally, Location refers to a physical site, such as 'Northwood' and Department refers to an operational area within a particular site, such as 'Bakery' or 'Stores'. A Work Area is made up of a combination of Department and Location. |
