The Position selected in the Requirements | Details tab page may have certain competencies attached to it.
Sometimes a Requirement will require a different set of competencies to that which is normally associated with a position. Requirement Competency Overrides enable you to limit or widen the competency base for a requirement.
PayGlobal uses a ranking structure to associate the importance of each competency to a position.
Use the Requirement Competency Overrides form to enter details of competency overrides. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.
