Inserting an Allocation/Requirement Record

In Allocation View, press Insert to manually add an Allocation/Requirement record.

• Once the Allocation has one or more employees allocated to it, you cannot delete the Allocation.
• Each record in the Allocation table contains the following — depending on how the record was generated:
  • Manually generated Allocation records specifying a Requirement and a Date.
  • Records that are generated when the Roster is opened have the RequirementTourReqID of the record that generated it.

    Note: You cannot attach the same Requirement to the same Requirement Tour on the same day (of the same Requirement Tour cycle). However, you can manually add Allocations for the same Requirement on the same day.
