Availability refers to the times that employees are available to work. Each Availability Cycle is made up of days and times for availability.
There are two tab pages on the Availability Cycles form:

Attaches an actual Availability Day to the Availability Cycle. |

The value entered in this tab page adds the same number of records to the Days tab page. |
The Days tab displays two columns:
The records on this tab page come from the value entered in the Duration tab page. Although the records have been created, they still need to be associated with an Availability Day. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach the Availability Cycle Days - Details tab and then associate the Availability Day. The fields are as follows:
