Reapply Open Roster

This option reapplies open roster information for the current day. It removes current open roster information from that point and reapplies cycle, timeband override/cyclic information as if the period was not open.

You would reapply the open roster after you added a cycle or overrides to an employee to ensure that the open roster was updated appropriately.

To reapply the open roster:

1. Click a cell in the column for the relevant day.
2. Click Tools | Reapply Open Roster.
3. A Confirm message appears.
4. Click Yes.
