Summary

The information entered in this entity appears in the Answer Wizard. The Answer Wizard is used to record an employee’s answers to the Exit Interview. It is located in the Employee record in the Exit Interview tab page.

There are two fields on the Details tab:

  • Question requires numeric response
  • Question Text

Fields
Question requires numeric response:

For open ended questions, select No.

For closed questions, select Yes.

Questions can be framed in an open ended or closed format. Open ended questions often begin with the words How, Who, What, Why or Where and give the recipient a chance to elaborate on their answer. Closed questions require the recipient to choose from a list of choices for the most suitable answer to the question. The rating scale supplied as part of the PayGlobal software ranges from 1: (lowest) Strongly disagree to 5: (highest) Strongly agree.

You can easily change the text of the rating scale that is used in the Exit Interview. To do this, go to the Exit Questionnaire Scale Descriptions command in the PayGlobal Tree (Human Resources folder | Exit Questionnaire Details folder | Exit Questionnaire Scale Descriptions command). Then, edit the text to reflect the rating scale you want to use.
