Human Resources | Exit Questionnaire Details
Summary |
It is common Human Resources practice to gather statistical information about the reasons for employee termination. This data helps to address issues that may be corrected within an organisation, thus reducing employee churn and the associated expenditure in additional recruitment. The template for an Exit Interview is set up in the Exit Questionnaire Details folder of the PayGlobal Human Resources component. The answers given by an employee to the questions in the Exit Interview are recorded as part of the standard employee record. |
