Summary

Induction Topics make up an Induction Module which is attached to an Induction Template or an Induction.

A General Induction could consist of the following modules:

• Personnel Management/Administration.
• General Company Overview.
• Introduction to Departments within the organisation.
• Responsibilities and Requirements.
• Health and Safety

Induction Topics

Each module is made up of a group of Induction Topics. For example, the Personnel Management/Administration module could include the Topics of Tax Requirements, Explanation of Employment Contract and Grievance Procedures.

Induction Courses

Some Induction Modules may have compulsory courses attached to them. For example, all employees may be required to complete a course on the company computer system. PayGlobal can flag employees participating in an Induction for which a Module containing a Course is required so that when the next Course is scheduled, their names are waiting in the Nominations entity.
