Business Objectives are added or edited from the Select Business Objectives menu. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this menu.

Using Business Objectives

The Business Objectives selected when creating an Appraisal Type template will populate the Employee Appraisal record in the employee file. The level of achievement is recorded in the Employee Appraisal.
