Summary

The Behaviours entity records the behaviours that you have identified as being important to an employee’s performance in a particular position. The employee will be assessed against these desired behaviours.

Examples

Some examples of specific behaviours you might record are:

  • Acts ethically and honestly.
  • Committed to high quality.
  • Follows through quality.

Using Behaviours

Use the Behaviours tab page in the Competency Dimensions entity to specify required behaviours.
