There may be certain behaviours that you want to look for when assessing a Competency. For example, 'Acts honestly and ethically' or 'Encourages other employees'.

These are included as part of a Competency Dimension.

Behaviours are associated with a Competency Dimension from the Select Behaviours menu. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this menu.
