Leave the Business Objective Category field blank if you want a Business Objective to apply to all employees in an organisation.

Business Objectives

Business Objectives are the business goals that an organisation has identified that it wants to achieve in it's operation. These goals can be associated with employees to measure the effectiveness of their performance in contributing to the goals linked to their position.

Example

For example, the Business Objective 'Customer queries resolved in 24 hours' could be grouped in the Business Objective Category of 'Customer Service'.
