Summary

The Performance Standards tab adds specific performance standards to a Competency Dimension. Behaviours are measured by these criteria in a Performance Management plan.

Performance Standards are the measurement criteria against which a learner's performance can be assessed to determine competence.

Behaviours

Behaviours are measured by set Performance Standards.

For example, a Behaviour of 'Encourages employees' could have Performance Standards of 'Encourages feedback', 'Uses training programmes' and 'Provides constructive feedback'.
