Generate Training Plan Button

Summary

After completing the Development Plan tab page of a Performance Plan, use the Generate Training Plan button.

What happens?

When this button is activated, PayGlobal checks to see if a Training Plan already exists for the employee linked to this Performance Plan.

Existing Training Plan

No Training Plan

The Training Plan Code will populate the Linked Training Plan field. You can then amend the existing Training Plan by adding or deleting any applicable Courses.

PayGlobal will automatically generate a Training Plan.

The Code field is created using the convention: [ Employee Code.Current Year.1 ].

The final number (1) increments with each plan to 2, 3, etc. For example, 1111.2002.1.

The Description field defaults to Employee Name plus Year.
