Summary

This tab page records the details of an employee's Performance Plan that are not linked to Key Result Areas or Key Performance Indicators.

The goals and objectives recorded here are developed individually according to an employee's needs.

Procedure

This tab page is not compulsory, but can be completed by itself or in conjunction with the Performance Measure tab page in the Performance Plan (which contains objectives linked to Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators).

Fields

Goal/objective:

This is a free text field containing a goal or objective for the Performance Plan. There are likely to be several goals or objectives in a Performance Plan.

Date:

This is the date agreed by all parties that the above goal or objective will come into effect.

Evidence:

This is a free text field that contains information supporting the completion of the above goal or objective.
