Goal/objective:This is a free text field containing a goal or objective for the Performance Plan. There are likely to be several goals or objectives in a Performance Plan. Date:This is the date agreed by all parties that the above goal or objective will come into effect. Evidence:This is a free text field that contains information supporting the completion of the above goal or objective. |
