A Competency can be assessed in a number of ways. For example, a combination of written, oral and practical testing could be used to assess competency in a software package.

Assessment Methods are also commonly used across a range of Competencies in order to assess them. For example, in an educational institution, written exams could be used to assess all Competencies.

The Competency Assessment Methods makeup table displays the Assessment Method associated for each Competency.
