Elements are the skills, knowledge and attributes required to carry out procedures and tasks that are part of a Competency. Elements are not task-oriented, they are the observable skills, knowledge and attributes needed to carry out procedures and tasks. Groups of elements create a Competency. The Elements tab page of a competency record displays the elements that are linked to the competency. |
Performance Criteria |
Elements are made up of Performance Criteria, which are the standards used to assess performance. To attach elements to performance criteria, use the Performance Criteria form. From the Performance Criteria tab page, click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form. |
