Summary

Competencies are the skills, knowledge and attributes that are required in the workplace for successful performance.

This tab page records competencies held by applicants. You can match these competencies to the competencies outlined in the position analysis (Positions entity | Competencies tab) to determine the applicant's suitability to a position.

Current Employees

If an applicant is a current employee, their competency set may have changed since the initial application.

Use Reload Employee Makeups from the right-click menu in the Details tab page to refresh the data on this tab page.

Procedure

Use the Applicant Competencies form to enter details of any competencies held by employees. Click an additional Add or Edit to reach this form.

Summary

A summary of the Competencies held by all Applicants is displayed in the Applicant Competencies makeup table.
