Summary

Course feedback allows you to record attendees' opinions about the worthiness or effectiveness of a course. Some examples of course feedback criteria are:

  • Comfort level satisfactory
  • Well planned course
  • Content appropriate.

Getting feedback immediately after a course will help you identify any problems so you can resolve them before the next course. For example, an inappropriate venue can be changed or malfunctioning equipment can be fixed.

Course Attendees

When you add an employee to a course, an Information message appears. If you click "Yes", then PayGlobal copies the course feedback from the Course Types record for that course to the employee's Course Attendees record. The keup records allow you to record the attendee's evaluation of the course.

Using Course Feedback

In PayGlobal 1.94RC11, 1.93NEARC27 and later versions, course feedback is associated with Course Attendees. In earlier versions, course feedback was associated with Courses.

As a result, course feedback is now attached to the following tab pages:
