Key Position Lists are lists of Positions that you have defined as being important positions in your organisation. They help you plan for succession or retirement.

This tab page records a Position as a Key Position.

The Calculate Incumbents button

The Calculate Incumbents button automatically finds employees who fill the specified criteria. Use this button after creating Feeder Positions. Only employees with a Position Code will be screened for suitability.
