OSH Classification of Mechanism of Injury Codes

This code represents the mechanism or action that caused the injury.

Note: These codes are used in the Mechanism of Harm Code pick list: Human Resources | OSH | Incident Register | Incidents | Injured Persons tab | Add or Edit | Injury Details tab | Add or edit | Details tab.

  1. Navigate to Human Resources | OSH | Incident Register | Mechanisms of Harm.
  2. Add a record for each of the following Mechanism of Injury Codes (Mechanisms of Harm).
