Cover Status Codes

This code represents the status of the claim.

Note: These codes are used in the Accident claim status code pick list: Human Resources | OSH | Incident Register | Accident Claims | Details tab.

1. Navigate to Human Resources | OSH | Incident Register | Accident Claim Status.
2. Add a record for each of the following Cover Status Codes (Accident Claim Status).

   Code	Short description	Long description
   A	Accepted	The claim has been accepted by the employer
   C	Transferred - sold to ACC	The claim has been transferred to ACC
   D	Declined	The claim has been declined
   E	Transferred end of contract period	The claim has been transferred to ACC at the end of the contracted period
   O	Transferred – sold to other	The claim has been transferred to another party
   P	Pending	The claim has been entered onto the employers system but the decision to accept or decline has not yet been taken.
