PayGlobal gets the list of suggested employees for this allocation. Each employee is scored using settings in the Placement Criteria defined for this Allocation.
For each employee in the list of suggestions, PayGlobal counts the number of qualifications the employee acquired on or before the allocation date that correspond to the qualifications for the Placement Criteria.
Formula - ScoreQualification = EmpQuals / PcQuals * 100.
Formula - ScoreQualification * QualificationWeighting is added to the TotalScore for the suggestion.
For each employee still in the list of suggestions, PayGlobal counts the number of competencies the employee acquired on or before the allocation date that have not expired and that correspond to the qualifications for the Placement Criteria.
Formula - ScoreCompetency = EmpQuals / PcQuals * 100.
Formula - ScoreCompetency * CompetencyWeighting is added to the TotalScore for the suggestion.
For each employee still in the list of suggestions, PayGlobal completes the following:
Formula - ScoreRoster = number of minutes of the requirement the employee is not already rostered somewhere else for (as a percentage of the total minutes for the requirement).
Formula - ScoreRoster * RosterWeighting is added to the TotalScore for the suggestion.
For each employee still in the list of suggestions, PayGlobal completes the following:
Formula - ScoreAvailability = number of minutes in the requirement that the employee is available (as a percentage of the total minutes for the requirement).
Formula - ScoreAvailability * AvailabilityWeighting is added to the TotalScore for this suggestion.
For each employee still in the list of suggestions, PayGlobal completes the following:
Formula - ScoreAward * AwardWeighting is added to the TotalScore for this suggestion.
