Auto-placement

If auto-placement was requested, then PayGlobal puts the top suggestions into the Roster.

  1. Sorts the remaining suggestions in descending order of TotalScore, starting at the suggestion with the highest TotalScore on the AllocationSuggestion.
  2. Adds the next suggestion to the AllocationAllocated table and sets FromDefaultRoster to 'False'.
