Allocations - Phase 2

Once PayGlobal has determined which table to get Roster data from for each date, it can generate the timebands. However, the value for each field on the timeband can be specified at several levels.

 

Employee Timeband Overrides

If the Roster timeband(s) for a particular date are sourced from the employee's Timeband Overrides, PayGlobal only looks there for the value for each field on the timeband.

If you specify the employee’s Roster in this table, you must also specify the Requirement Tour and the Requirement that it will fulfil.

 

Employee Shift

If the Roster timeband(s) for a particular date are sourced from the employee's Shift, then PayGlobal looks in two places for the value for each field on the timeband (in order of hierarchy):

  1. Shift timeband record(s).
  2. Employee shift record.

If you specify a timeband in this table, you must specify the Requirement Tour and the Requirement that it will fulfil on either of the following:

 

Employee Tour

If the Roster timeband(s) for a particular date are sourced from the Employee Tour, PayGlobal looks in three places for the value for each field on the timeband (in order of hierarchy):

  1. Shift timeband record(s).
  2. Tour shift makeup record.
  3. Employee tour record.

If you specify a timeband(s) in this table, you must specify the Requirement Tour and the Requirement that it will fulfil on any of the following:
