An employee’s default Roster can be stored in three places:
When you open the Roster period (or view the employee’s unopened default Roster in Daily View), PayGlobal gets the Roster from each of these three areas. Since the employee’s Roster can be specified in three different places, there may be more than one Roster for the same date.
Therefore, PayGlobal uses the following hierarchy to determine which Roster takes priority:
For example, if there is a record in an employee's Timeband Overrides and another record for the same date in the Employee Tour, PayGlobal uses the Roster from the employee's Timeband Overrides table.
