Process Roster Pay - Advanced Filter Options

When you click the Advanced Filter Options tab, you will see a number of sub-tabs that allow you to process data according to common attributes.

You can be quite selective as to which criteria you choose. PayGlobal allows you to tag any range of items from the following tab pages:

• Departments.
• Locations.
• Work Areas.
• Awards.
• Dim1 to Dim 4.

  Important: To close a pay, you are still required to complete a full process first by running the Process Actual Pay command without the Query or Advanced Filter Option fields being populated and ensuring any query set in the Employees entity is deactivated.
