Rebuild Roster Accumulators

The Rebuild Roster Accumulators run command rebuilds accumulators from the History Transactions file.

Important: This command will overwrite your current accumulators and should be used with caution.

Use this command when:

• You suspect your accumulators are incorrect.
• There is an application or user error during pay processing.

  Note: The History Transactions file must be accurate in order to reset the accumulators correctly.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Rostering | Rebuild Roster Accumulators in the PayGlobal Tree.
2. Double-click the Rebuild Roster Accumulators run command.
3. The Roster Accumulator Periods window is displayed.

   

4. Select the required periods from the pick lists and press OK.
5. View the audit log to confirm that the accumulators have been successfully rebuilt.
6. Click the Pay Status icon and then click the RS Accum tab to confirm the status of your Roster accumulators.
