Tour Shifts - Areas

Tour Shifts can be attached to a Work Area, Location, or Department by selecting the required area. Entering an area overrides other areas ensuring that the appropriate cost centre is debited.

Leave these fields blank to apply the defaults from the employee record.

If there are any user defined Dim fields set up in Company Settings, they also appear on this tab page.

The fields on this tab page are optional. Only complete these fields if an employee works in a different area than their default shift area.

Work Area

The physical division in an organisation that an employee works in.

Location

The location of the site that an employee works at.

Department

The department that an employee works in.
