Tour Shifts - Activities

Tour Shifts can be attached to a Position, Task or Shift Group by selecting the required Activities. Entering an Activity overrides any other settings.

Leave these fields blank to apply the defaults from the employee record.

If User-defined Type labels have been set up in Company Settings, the type label fields will also appear on this tab page.

The fields on this tab are as follows:

Field

Description

Position

The position that an employee occupies in an organisation. For example, 'Checkout Operator' or 'Driver'.

Task

This could be used if, for example, a client is being charged for the employee's time during the Roster period.

Shift Group

The Shift Group used for an employee Tour.
