Summary

Questions in an exit questionnaire can use a rating scale of 1 - 5 to rate an employee's answers. You can change the text that appears in the rating scale by simply editing the text to reflect the rating scale that you want to use.

Important: Changes that you make may have an adverse effect on exit questionnaire answers that have already been recorded in PayGlobal. When you change a scale description, existing answers are not updated to reflect the new scale. For example, if you change the description of rating 1 from 'Strongly disagree' to 'Always', then the interpretation of existing answers is the opposite to what they should be.
