Summary

Use this tab page to enter the score that an employee has received for each Business Objective in an employee appraisal.

Using scores

The scores that are entered here, are averaged and displayed as an Overall Score in the Details tab of an Employee Appraisal. They are then compared to the ranges that are specified in the Performance Range entity and an employee's performance is displayed.

You need to ensure that your scoring system reflects the scoring system that you have created in the Performance Range entity.

Fields

Complete these fields for each Business Objective:

Score:

The score to indicate the performance of this employee.

Exclude from average:

• Yes

  To exclude this score from the average.

• No

  To use this score in calculating the total average score.

Comments:

Enter any comments that may be appropriate for this appraisal.
