Creating Performance Ranges |
For example, you could create a Performance Range called 'Satisfactory' with Minimum and Maximum values specified in the Details tab of '2.5' and '3.5'. You can use any numbering or value system that is consistent with the needs of your organisation. |
Using Performance Ranges |
When an employee's scores for Business Objectives and Competency Dimensions are averaged in Employee Appraisals, PayGlobal uses the ranges specified in this entity to place the employee into the appropriate Performance Range. PayGlobal will prevent you from using the same values in different Performance Ranges. |
