These fields are compulsory if you want to use them to assign an average performance rating to an Employee Appraisal.

PayGlobal prevents you from assigning the same Performance Range to more than one record.

Minimum value of range:

Enter the lowest value that applies to this range. For example, '0'.

Maximum value of range:

Enter the highest value that will fall into this range. For example, '1.5'. Any score that is over 1.5 will never fall into this range.
