Summary |
Performance measures use Key Result Areas (KRAs) to measure the requirements for success. Sometimes an employee's performance differs from what was expected. Differences are explained in the Reason for Variance tab page in a Performance Plan, allowing you to develop strategies for corrective behaviour or maintenance of desired traits. Use the Measures entity to build up a structure a system by which you can measure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within a Performance Plan. |
